Merhaba 1.5ecoboost mondeo aracım var.

Sabah ilk çalıştırmada ve gaz verip bıraktığım zaman sürekli bir zırıltı (metal parça sürtme sesi gibi) bir ses gelmektedir. Araç ısınınca gidiyor ama gaz verip bırakınca tekrar duyuluyor.

Araç sürerken aşırı rahatsız ediyor cam açıkken sanki 85 model arac sürüyomuşum hissi alıyorum. Birçok kontrol sonrası sorunun turbo wastegate (atık klapesinin) aşırı ısınma ve soğuma sonrası genleşmeden dolayı

milinin boşluk yaptığını ve bu sebeple turbonun atık havasını manifoldan atmak için açılıp kapanırken titreşim yapıyor ve her gaz verip bıraktığımda ve motor ilk çalıştığında rahatsız edici ses yarattığını yüksek ihtimalle tespit ettim.

İlgili klapeyi yurtdışından temin ettim ve eskisinin yerinden sökülerek yeni mil ve klapenin burcu ile preslenip çakılması ve kaynatılarak montaj edilmesi gereklidir. Gerekli uygulamayı ve kontrolü ayrıca bakımını yaptırmak için tavsiye ettiğiniz bir yer var mıdır?
