gibi bir çok işlemi denedim repair de bunların içinde ama bi türlü çare bulamadım cıldırmak üzereyim yardım edin 16 ocakta yeni patch geliyor. Öncesinde level için hazırlık yapmam gerek 3 gündür oyuna giremiyorum yardımlarınızı bekliyorum...

Thank you for contacting us due to being unable to play.

Firstly close down the launcher and turn of your network connection then restart the launcher again by right clicking the launcher file and running as Administrator.

Also make sure TERA is not only read but has also a write access in the folder properties. You can easily check those settings by finding your TERA folder on your hard drive and use right click -> properties.

Please also try to switch your P2P settings in the TERA launcher, enabling or disabling them, depending on what you are currently using.

Usually, if your computer is connected to the internet, it automatically synchronizes time with the Windows time server. However, sometimes, the clock does not show the accurate time and this can cause some issues.

Below you will find some information how you can synchronize your clock with an Internet time server:

1. Click on Control Panel >Date, Time, Language.
2. Click on Date and Time.
3. Go to the Internet Time tab.
4. Click on Change settings.
5. Check on Synchronize with an Internet time server and choose: time.windows.com
6. Then click on Update now and select OK

Another option would be, in case you’re using a wireless connection, try using a LAN cable and restart the launcher. This has fixed these problems in some similar cases.

The TERA launcher caches some files in a separate folder. Please try the following steps to clear the cache.


- Close the TERA Launcher completely
- Click on the Start or Windows icon
- Windows XP users click Run. Windows Vista and 7 users click in the Search programs and files
- Type the following into the text box: C:\Users\Your user name\AppData\Local\TERA\launcher\live
- Delete all of the contents in this folder
- Start the TERA Launcher again

This will clear all of the cache used by the TERA Launcher.

IMPORTANT: Please, allow all of the .exe in the Tera folder to run as admin.

If you have a stable Internet connection, please try the following fix:

download.frogster.de/Tera/Fixes/TERA_DownloadError_Fix.exe

there are some programs that are known to cause problems with TERA. Here are the known programs to cause these issues:

- IObit Malware Fighter
- Relevant Knowledge software
- Hamachi
- FlashPlayerPlugin.exe

The programs listed above may need to be completely uninstalled. In the case of the various version of the "FlashPlayerPlugin.exe", these will need to be ended in your task manager in order for TERA to run properly.

To end a program in your task manager, simply hold Ctrl + Shift, then press Esc. This will bring up your task manager. Look for "FlashPlayerPlugin_xx_xx_xx.exe" in the "Processes" tab. Highlight the process and click "End Process".

Please ensure the following processes aren't running (by using the Task Manager):

- TERA.exe
- TL.exe
- Game.exe

If any of these is up, then please press ctr+alt+del. Then select Task manager and the Process tab, look for TERA.exe and the above mentioned processes in the list and finish the process at the button located at the bottom (right side). then give it another try.


In order to correctly install TERA, I would like to suggest you to uninstall your antivirus software and replace it with another and then do the the patching. You should also disable your firewall during this process. And please disable any malware fighter that you might have.

You should also include the launcher in the Windows DEP exclusions:

a) Click Start

b) Right click on Computer, and select Properties.

c) Click on Advanced System Settings, click the Advanced Tab

d) In the Performance section, click Settings

e) Select the "Data Execution Protection" tab, and then click the 'Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select' option.

f) Click the Add button, and then browse to C:\Windows\System32\dllhost.exe

g) Click open, click OK on the warning message.

h) Click Apply/OK.

Check if the issue still persists.

In case this won’t work ****please try downloading the patch by deleting the TERA folder in the C:\ProgrammDATA folder. You may need to repatch, because maybe the previous patch installation went wrong or there might be some files missing!


There's a suggestion which could also help in your case as it has helped some other players with the same situation:
*Please open up TERA in safe mode to verify which program is interfering with it.

Please try a "clean boot" by using msconfig. It is well known, that this have helped in previous cases with the same problem.

Please also delete the file gl_v2.version.

This issue is usually solved by doing the following:

Delete the file "gl.version", or "gl_v2.version".
Start "TERA-Launcher.exe".
Now the launcher updates itself.
After patching, one is able to use the play button.


Also verify if your PC meets the minimum system requirements, restart your computer, update your video and audio drivers, make sure Windows is up to date, close unneeded background applications, run the Disc Defragmenter and the scan disk.

And flush your DNS cache

This sounds a bit complicated but it's easy to do. Simply follow the steps below, in order.

- Press the Windows key Image + R to open a "Run" window.
- Type "cmd" and press Enter to open a console window.

* Type "ipconfig /release" and press Enter.
* Type "ipconfig /renew" and press Enter.
* Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.
* Type "exit" and press Enter to close the console window.


Make sure you have Port 10001 Access:

The easiest way to check this is to unplug your router and plug the network cable directly into your computer. Start TERA and see if it works. Note: by doing this step you are bypassing any firewalls set up with your router. If this fixes your problem then you may want to visit the webpage of your router's manufacturer or contact them directly to see how you can open this port up for access.


Also, please ensure that at least ten gigabytes of free storage space is available on the hard drive where the TERA will be installed and you must be installing it with admin rights in your windows.
