Bugün tam 5 gün oldu parayı yükleyeli. Saçma bence ondan olduğunu sanmıyorum. Az önce supporttan ingilizce karakter kullan felan dedi kullandım mesela ömer değilde omer yazdım ama yine olmadı. Hay aklınıza ya. -
Çok saçma şimdi bende store hatası yerine diğer hatayı veremeye başladı. bu durum cok acayip bi hal almaya başladı

sonra denerseniz uzatırsınız bu işi diye bi mesaj geldi supporttan (benim sorum üzerine),fail oldugu halde denemeye çalışsam ne zararı olcakki diye bi soru sordum cevap bekliyorum

Not: Daha önce bir çok kez alım yaptım bu karttan üstelik kartta 30 tl var parada yeterli ama neredeyse 2 haftadır alamıyorum rp :/ adamlara msjda attım gelen cvpta bu;

I have investigated the transactions you are referring to. According to our records, it appears that the transactions you've attempted have been declined by our system. This often occurs when there is a discrepancy between the Billing Profile you've created and what your financial provider has on record. This can also occur due to a lack of authorized funds/or credit. I will attempt to provide you a detailed explanation why it appears that you funds have been deducted from you financial account.

Transaction Attempt > Funds Are Pending > Funds are Accepted > Points are Credited
By User......................by Users Bank..........Riot Games................To Users Account
This is the typical steps of a successful transaction. When a transaction is attempted in Step 1, your financial provider places the funds into a Pending hold at Step 2. These funds are placed into a pending state because your financial provider has accepted your billing information as credible, and set the funds aside to complete the transaction.
Because the created Billing profile was not identical to what your financial provider has on record, the transaction never gets past Step 2. The funds are not accepted by Riot Games, and have not been transferred. The funds will typically stay pending in your financial account for about 3 to 5 business days, then released for use by your financial provider.
In some rare instances, it may take longer for the pending charge to be released by your financial provider. You should be able to contact your financial institution to inquire how long it will take to release the funds back to you.
You should be able to purchase Riot Points normally, I would recommend that you double-check the billing info you entered including:
-Card Number
-Billing Address
-CVC Code
If this method continues to have issues, please feel free to use other purchase methods such as: Paypal, SMS, Paysafe Card and Riot Cards which are available at Best Buy, Walmart, 7-11 Convenient Stores, and Target.

Sanırım genel olarak dedikleri başka ödeme methodlarını kullanmamı onerıyorlar yada kartı aldıgım kısıyle konusmamı ıstıyorlar dogrumu anlamısım ?
