Intel recently released The Intel Core Ultra 9 285K and they claimed that the performance is on par with the Intel Core i9 14900K even though the boost clock speeds are lower and lower thread number. However after some benchmarks that came out comparing Arrow Lake to Raptor Lake. It is clear that Intel has miscalculated these claims and these CPUs are not on par but in most instances, the 14900K actually wins against 285K which is a downgrade in gaming performance.
