Amazon dizisi Young Sherlock 4 Mart'ta geliyor. Guy Ritchie tarafından yönetilen ve executive producer olarak yapımcılığını üstlendiği, Prime Video için hazırlanan bir orijin hikaye (origin story) dizisidir.

Dizi, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle'un efsanevi dedektifi Sherlock Holmes'un gençlik yıllarını, özellikle Oxford Üniversitesi'nde geçen erken dönemini konu alıyor.

19 yaşındaki Sherlock Holmes (Hero Fiennes Tiffin), henüz tam anlamıyla usta bir dedektif olmamış, disiplinsiz, ham ve filtresiz bir gençtir. Oxford'da okurken itibarsızlaşmış (disgraced) bir konumdadır. Bir cinayet vakasına bulaşır ve bu dava özgürlüğünü tehdit eder. İlk büyük vakası olan bu olay, onu küresel çapta (globe-trotting) bir komplo ve gizemin içine çeker. Karizmatik ve asi genç Sherlock, efsanevi düşmanı James Moriarty ile tanışır ve bir cinayet soruşturmasına sürüklenir.
