Project Manager

NNG, a dynamically growing software development company based in Budapest, Hungary, is now looking to appoint a Project Manager – Eastern Europe and Emerging Markets, located in Turkey.
As the makers of the renowned iGO navigation software, we provide leading solutions for the automotive, personal and wireless navigation industries. The iGO navigation solutions are available in over 100 countries on 5 continents.

Your main duties will include:
• Project planning, managing, and controlling tasks
• Supervising customer projects carried out by local (Budapest-based) software developers and quality assurance
• Preparing project-related documentation
• Maintaining technology-related contact with customers
• Visiting customers to fulfill their technical requirements
• Cooperating with our sales managers and other relevant colleagues on a daily basis

Essential requirements:
• College/university degree
• Experience in C/C++ software development
• Native speaker of Turkish, strong and active command of English
• Experience gained in software design
• 2-3 years’ experience in team/project management
• High level of independence and pro-activity
• Quality-oriented attitude
• Ability to handle several tasks independently and to cope with heavy workload
• Working in an international environment and travelling on a regular basis

Preferred:
• Degree in project management (e.g. PMI)
• Experience in project management, primarily gained in the automotive industry
• Practical knowledge of a variety of mobile platforms
