Pota altında hareketli olsanda çalıyorlar ama bazen 3 saniye değil 5 saniye oluyor replay'de özellikle saydım yani.
Kesin bi yanıt almak istiyorum.

Az önce dikkat ettim pota altında 6-7 saniye gezdim sağa sola çalmadı 2-3 saniye top bekledim aldım etrafım sıkışıktı hemen çaldılar ilginç 
Bilen biri aydınlatsın bizde öğrenelim.

Savunmada;
Savunma takımından bir oyuncu pota altında aktifse yani bir oyuncuyu savunuyorsa çalınmaz, diğer durumlarda çalınır.
Hücumda;
Hücum oyuncusu pota altında 3 saniyeden fazla duramaz.
Açıklaması aşağıda;
Savunma 3 sn
a. The count starts when the offensive team is in control of the ball in the frontcourt.
b. Any defensive player, who is positioned in the 16-foot lane or the area extending 4 feet past the lane endline, must be actively guarding an opponent within three seconds. Actively guarding means being within arm’s length of an offensive player and in a guarding position.
c. Any defensive player may play any offensive player. The defenders may double-team any player.
d. The defensive three-second count is suspended when: (1) a player is in the act of shooting, (2) there is a loss of team control, (3) the defender is actively guarding an opponent, (4) the defender completely clears the 16-foot lane or (5) it is imminent the defender will become legal.
e. If the defender is guarding the player with the ball, he may be located in the 16-foot lane. This defender is not required to be in an actively guarding/arm’s distance position. If another defender actively guards the player with the ball, the original defender must actively guard an opponent or exit the 16-foot lane. Once the offensive player passes the ball, the defender must actively guard an opponent or exit the 16-foot lane.
Hücum 3 sn
The offensive player cannot be allowed in the 3-second lane for more than the allotted time. This causes the defensive player to 'hand-check' because he cannot control the offensive player for that extended period of time. If the offensive player is in the 3-second lane for less than three seconds and receives the ball, he must make a move toward the hoop for the official to discontinue his three second count. If he attempts to back the defensive player down, attempting to secure a better position in relation to the basket, offensive three seconds or an offensive foul must be called. If he passes off and immediately makes a move out of the lane, there should be no whistle.
