Hi dear,
My shipment has been received but there is a problem about shipment. You can see attached pictures that there is only plastic foams in package, no watch in it ! When shipment received to me, there is no problem on package (it wasn't opened before I did) but when I opened it, I didnt see the watch. I think a problem might had been occured when you prepared the package.

My shipment has been delivered but there is a problem about shipment. You can see attached pictures of shipment which there is only plastic foams in package, no watch in it ! When shipment was delivered to me, there is no problem on package (it wasn't opened before I did) but when I opened it, I noticed that there is no watch in it. I think a problem might have been occured while you are preparing the package or it might have been occured in customs while it was being checked.
