I found a solution for my problems with "turbo ratio" and igpu options not showing up on my z77 sabertooth. I've tried upgrading and downgrading bios/uefi versions to no avail. Anyway, today I upgraded to bios version 1403 from asus website, also without fixing anything. Then I downloaded the AMI bios flash tool. I then used afuwingui.exe to flash my bios with SABERTOOTH-Z77-ASUS-1403, choosing "program all blocks" and then clicking flash. After the entire bios had been erased, written and verified I rebooted. First thing I noticed was that ME version had been upgraded from 8.0.1.1399 to 8.1.0.1248. All turbo ratio options and igpu options are now working.
This might not work for everyone though, and might screw up your motherboard I guess. So don't blame me if this doesn't work for you.

buradan ami bios toolu indirip all block seçenegini seçip flashı seçtim kapatıp açtım menü geldi tekrar.:)_____________________________
