Intel 12.Nesil Eğilme Sorunu (bariz eğiliyormuş)

12600k işlemcimde, pubg oynarken ansızın ısı artışları olduğunu farkettim. Çok sıcak havalarda işlemci ısı yükleniyor ve ansızın yüksek seyrediyordu. İşlemciyi maks boost hızı 4.9ghz de kullanamıyordum, 80 lerde çalışıyordu. 240mm sıvı soğutma olsada işlemciyi soğutamıyordu. Bu cpu bending sorununu duydum fakat çok ciddiye almamıştım.

CPU cap ı bildiğin ortası baskıdan milimetrik olarak aşağı eğilmiş.

Macunu homojen tüm yüzeye sürmüştüm, fakat çok sıkışan alt ve üst uçlarda macun incelmiş fakat ortada kalın duruyordu. (mastergell nano)

Prime95 de 140watt güç kullanırken maks 84'C görürken 77' ye düştü.

190watt güç kullanırken maks 100'C gördü 10 sn sonra kapattım, fakat taktıktan sonra 190 watta 1 dk çalıştı 96'C yi geçmedi. Resimler aşağıda;

O aparat nasıl düzeltiyor işlemciyi. Tekrardan bükülmez mi.

Eski işlemcilerde sorun olmuyor mu acaba, sadece 12. nesilde mi var bu sorun? Bende 10600kf var. Core 2 ve Core 4 daha sıcak çalışıyor mesela. Delid gerekiyor belki de bilemedim.

O parçayı ,işlemciyi alır almaz,ilk anda kullanmak lazım. Caps, işlemciyi bi miktar eğiyorsa, eğdikten sonra o parçayı takmanın bi faydası olmaz . Tam faydası için aparatı inanılmaz derecede sıkman gerekir ki ,eğer işlemcide bi deformasyon varsa, biraz düzeltebilsin. Bu da anakartı press yapar.Bozabilir.

Ben daha işlemci gelmeden bu aparatı sipariş etmiştim bayada uyguna geldı 145 tl fılandı sanırım.

intel aparatını çok dikkatli kekilde yerinden sontum anakarttakını. sonra bunu oyguladım. çapraz yerlerden azar azar sıkarak. İçimdede bir kuşku vardı hep anakart pin soketlerini azermi diye ama ezmedi Allahtan.  

Neden ezsin ki. O mesafeyi hesaplıyarak parçayı imal ediyorlar. Ha, uyduruktan bi marka alsaydın ,belki o zaman bi risk olabilirdi. Bak işte ona bi şey diyemem. Ama,koskoca thermalright o hatayı yapmaz. 

Dostum paylaşım için teşekkürler. Peki bu aparatı kullanmadığımız için işlemciler fiziksel olarak zarar görür mü ? 15 gün oldu kullanıyorum. Sıcaklıklarda bir problem görmedim. Hatta iyi diyebilirim.

Intel'e stock soğutucu yetmiyor, su soğutma da yetmiyor, bir de düzeltici aparat mı lazım şimdi. Bu nasıl bir rezilliktir.

12. nesil çıktığında almadım çünkü böyle saçma sorunların olacağını biliyordum 

Hayır, işlemci cap inın tüm noktalarından bastırıyor, bir taraf havaya kalkmıyor. Her noktadan eşit basıyor.

Tamamdır, yani sıcaklık problemi işlemcinin çok bastırılmasından kaynaklanıyor. Teşekkür ederim. Keşke bu aparat Türkiyede satılsaydı. Ya da satılıyorsa ben bulamadım. Olmadı alalım bir tane, daha sağlıklı kullanalım sıcaklık konusunda. Teşekkür ederim.
