    "Hello Summoner,

    I am sorry for the difficulties you are experiencing with the account transfer process. Unfortunately, if your username already exists on the server you are attempting to transfer into, the automatic transfer system will not work. We are working on making improvements to this system, but do not yet have a timeframe as to when it will be fixed.

    What I can do for you, however, is transfer all of the in-game content currently in your account to a new account. Please note: if I transfer your account you will keep your level, champions, skins, runes, extra rune pages, IP and remaining RP but you will need to remake your rune pages and masteries. You will unfortunately lose your current Elo, games played, friends list, previous referrals, and any unused referral rewards.

    If you agree to the above conditions and would like me to move forward with the manual transfer, please create a new account on the desired server, log in, create your new Summoner name, and visit the store. Once you have finished these steps you can provide me with the following information about your new account so I can further assist you:

    New Account Username:
    New Account Summoner Name: (As I mentioned above, if your previous Summoner name is taken on the desired transfer server we cannot change your name to it, so please pick a new name.)

    After I have transferred all of your content over to the other server, your old account will be inaccessible. I will change your email address in the new account to what it was on your original account and make sure that you have all of your IP and RP (minus the 2600RP required for the transfer).

    Since your content will be transferred to a new account without any games played, I highly recommend for you to play at least 10 matched games before hopping into ranked games to stabilize the accelerated amount of Elo gains and losses.

    Once again, I do apologize for the inconvenience caused. If you have any other questions or feedback, please let me know."

  • After looking over your account, I was able to verify your ownership successfully. However, it appears that your account does not have a sufficient amount of RP for me to complete this transfer. I understand you may have received a free transfer to the new Turkish server, but that does not currently apply to a transfer from the Nordic & East server to the EU West server.

    Transfer için yeterli RP'ye sahip olmadığını, Türkiye serverine beleş geçiş hakkın olduğunu anladığını fakat bunun east ve west için geçerli olmadığını söylüyor. Sanırım ticket'i Türkçe attın ve adam anlamadı, direk kopyala yapıştır yaptı. Bence İngilizce yazıp tekrar gönder.

    Riot'un Türkiye yetkilileri manuel olarak 5 Ekim'e kadar Türkiye'den West'e aktarabileceklerini yazmışlardı sitede. Sıkıntı çıkacağını zannetmiyorum West'e dönmen konusunda.
