Samsung S4 - Can't reply to emails, get an endless 'loading messages.'

    On my Galaxy S4 I can receive emails, create and send new emails, but I can't reply or forward any emails. I get the following - "loading messages." It cycles continuously. I've tried the following: deleted cached data for all apps; deleted and then added back my email account. No help. Same problem occurs whether I'm home or at work.
    Thoughts/suggestions?

    Please help.

    I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
