okay,is that a good idea to go on abroad to take good education of english and staying there for half year?

At first, leaving your own country and going away may sound a little bit uneasy thing to do. But, believe me, once you came back to Turkey after you're done, you will be glad for what you have done. Because, living abroad will definitely make your english better. And also your self-confidence will be enhanced. It's me talking right now who once did that and now looks for an opportunity to do that again ; ) -

few months ago I lost my wallet. but today someone pm me on facebook and telling me that he found my wallet.
so Im really happy now haha :) -
