Greetings Summoner,
Thank you again for getting back to me. When we first emailed your account about our refund policy we stated very clearly that we have a No Refund policy, but would be willing to make one exception to this policy. It was also stated in that email that this would be the only exception.
Unfortunately further refunds is not an issue we as customer support have any control over. We are also gamers here, please understand that we will do everything we can to help a player when possible. It hurts us more than our players when we can't help, because we as fellow gamers then have to tell people who are sometimes even real life friends that we are unable to help them. If you are getting this information repeatedly, this is because we really can not make any more exceptions and are at a loss for any other way to explain it.
