h1z1 almistim geri iade ettim.Param 1,5 ay sonra geldi.
Parayi gonderiyorlar ama biraz zaman aliyor

Accepted refunds are;

And refund money is not trasferred to my bank account yet!
Please double check with your records and solve my problem...

Just to let you know, if your refund request has been approved, refunds and wallet credit can take about 7 days to appear in your account. Refunds to international payment methods often take longer, depending on the bank.
If your refund request is approved within 24 hours of the purchase, the original transaction will be cancelled and drop off your bank statement. If you’re unsure, please check your purchase history and compare dates against your refund receipt.
Once a refund has been processed it can’t be reversed.

refund request is accepted on 20/06/2015 . you can see that over one month is past. so please solve this problem.
I did return on 20 June. It was withdrawn from the list of games games, but not sent money to my bank account. I'm pretty sure.
My English is not good. I would like you to solve my problem quickly.

The purchase was cancelled. We never collected funds for this transaction.
Once the bank reconciles your account and sees that we have not collected funds for this transaction, the charge should drop-off your bank or credit card statement. This process may take several weeks depending on the bank.
If the charge has not been removed from your account, please let us know what documentation your bank or card issuer requires in order to verify the cancellation.

Steam Support is unable to assist with any funds being held by your bank. Our records do indicate that this transaction was successfully canceled.
Please contact your bank/credit card company directly to remove any hold on your account. You are welcome to provide a copy of this communication and your email refund request receipt if they require documentation.

hocam 20 hazirandan bu yana kaç gün oldu ben sayamadım ama 120 günü geçti gelen giden yok. savcılığa suç duyurusunda bulundum bankada bize gelen giden birşey yok efendim diyorlar. sizden nasıl para çıkışı olduysa aynı şekilde geri gelmesine engel hiçbir durum yok dedi. sorun steam in velet çalışanlarında. hadi bakalım görelim..

Steam açıkça belirtmiş.İadeyi hemen istemişsiniz.Steam parayı alamamış.Yani para Steam'ın hesabına hiç geçmemiş.Sorun onlarda değil.Almadıkları parayı geri veremezler.Sorun bankada.Steam'ın dediğine göre banka paranın alınmadığını görünce otomatik olarak hesabınıza geri yatırmalıymış.Bankayla sorununuzu çözün.Steam'a mesaj atmanız hiçbir işe yaramayacaktır.

hiçbirinden gelen giden yok. steam tarafıda banka tarafıda üçkağıt peşinde ikiside suçu birbirine atıyor allahından bulsunlar..
banka : passoligin anlaşmalı olduğu aktifbank
