Arkadaşlar Dispute açtım. Bana gelen mail bu hiçbirşey anlamadım. 25 dolar iade teklif edildi. Ben bunu nerden kabul edicem. Yardımcı olur musunuz?

Merhaba, 2 haftadan biraz daha uzun bir süre evvel Aliexpress'ten ürün siparişi verdim. Standart shipping kullandım. Satıcı bir hafta öncesine kadar ürünü kargoya vermedi. Daha sonra satıcıya mesaj attım, 24 saat içerisinde kargoya vereceğini söyledi. Ertesi gün baktığımda Singapore Post ile gönderileceği ve paketin alınmayı beklediği yazıyordu.(waiting for pickup) fakat şuan üzerinden bir hafta geçti, hala bir değişiklik yok. Satıcıya yeniden mesaj attım, ürünün kargoya verildiğini ve sabırlı olmam gerektiğini söyledi. Ancak ben satıcının beni oyaladığını düşünüyorum. Sizce ne yapmam gerekiyor?
