    You've installed a plug-in or add-on preventing login

Most browsers today have plug-ins or add-ons that are used to increase your security when visiting websites. Some of these add-ons can also do things like disable cookies, javascript, or consider part of a webpage insecure. If you've installed these more than likely you will know as they are not installed with the browser by default. To check and see if you have any installed follow these steps:

    Chrome

1.Click the "wrench" icon (usually located at the far top-right corner)
2.Select "Tools" from the drop down menu
3.Click "Extensions" to display a list of all add-ons you have installed. From here you can enable or disable them.

    Firefox

1.Select "[alt] + T" or choose Tools from the main menu (usually located in the top left)
2.Select "Add-ons" from the drop down menu to display a list extensions you have installed
3.From here you can enable or disable them.

    Internet Explorer

1.Click the "gear" icon, or select "[alt] + T", or Select "Tools"
2.Click "Manage Add-ons" to display a list of extensions you have installed.
3.From here you can enable or disable them

Your browser security settings are too high
1.Click Start or Windows Select Control Panel
2.Depending on your view, select Internet Options or click Network and Internet and then click Internet Options
    3.Select the Security Tab
4.Under "Security Level for this Zone" reduce the settings to Medium
    5.Click Apply and OK

    Reset your Hosts File
WARNING: Changing your host file can cause issues with your computer. Do not do this if you are not comfortable making this change.

Now that the warning is out of the way. Hosts files generally change in one of two ways. The first, is you manually go in and change it. If you have never done this then you probably do not need to do this troubleshooting step.

Second, you have a virus that has changed or added entries to your hosts file. If this is the case, you should notice other issues such as pop ups, slow loads times, and other annoyances while you are surfing the internet. We would recommend running a virus scan, or taking your computer a local computer shop or PC professional to clean it if you are not comfortable doing it yourself.

If you have manually changed your host file, you may want to check it to make sure there are no conflicts."
