THANKS FOR STEPPING INTO THE RING WITH US We entered the video game arena as underdogs, but today, we've earned our place as contenders in the sports combat gaming world. It’s been one hell of a ride, and I want to start by thanking every single one of you who stepped into the ring and helped put Undisputed on the map. As we look to the future, it’s only right to reflect on where it all began. Six years ago, I launched what seemed like a crazy project to many. With a passion for boxing and very little development experience, my two brothers and I built a prototype in just a few weeks. From that team of three, Steel City Interactive was born. We quickly grew into a small, agile, and highly passionate team, all working toward the same goal: creating an authentic boxing game for both hardcore fans and casual players looking for something new. Soon after, Esports Boxing Club was up and running, with minimal licences and no real-world professional boxers. Just a fun game that let players step into the ring and battle it out over 12 rounds. Over the years, we exclusively signed Muhammad Ali and many of boxing’s biggest names, including Oleksandr Usyk, Terence Crawford, and Katie Taylor. We built the largest-ever roster in a boxing game and partnered with the biggest official boxing organisations, licences, and brands in the sport. After 19 months in early access, Undisputed officially launched on October 11, 2024. Since launch, we’ve reinvested everything back into the business. We’ve grown to nearly 100 staff, expanded to three offices, including Las Vegas, and continued signing new fighters as the sport has evolved, including The Problem Child, Jake Paul. We’ve fostered a community of hundreds of thousands and made a significant impact across the global combat sports gaming landscape. Together, we’ve experienced: Over 5.90 million unique players  Over 100 fighters – the biggest ever boxing roster  Over 45 unique, fight-defining punches  208 million fights  125 million knockouts   107 million careers launched   We know there are areas of the game where we didn’t hit the quality bar we set for ourselves, and we’ve worked tirelessly behind the scenes to improve them. We have spent thousands of hours tweaking, iterating, and improving some elements that still aren’t quite as good as we want, and unsustainable for the long-term. We have concluded that the only way for us to meet our ambition is to build again from the ground up on a new engine with different architecture decisions. So today, I can confirm there will be no further content drops or updates for Undisputed. From today, all our efforts will go into shaping the future of boxing games. While Undisputed will remain available to play across all offline and online modes, we’re focusing our resources on developing a sequel in Unreal Engine. Our ambition is to deliver not just the best boxing experience, but the most advanced sports combat game possible and make sure you, our players, remain at the centre of everything we do.
