Based on the Conexant (Rockwell) chipset, Apache's 56K PCI hard modem comes with data, fax, voicemail, and true full duplex speakerphone, which allows users to perform PC telephony applications. The modem's fast DAA connection, low CPU consumption time (significantly lower than that of other PCI modems), and impressive average download time (15-40% faster than that of WIN modems) has garnered strong reviews in major magazines.

System Requirements: Requires one PCI slot, Pentinum 133 MHz or faster processor, and 16MB RAM.

• Internet Download: Maximum download speed remains at 56 kbps.
• Quick Connect: Quicker start-up times on recognized connections.
