Baştan belirteyim amacım polemik değil bunun nedenini ispatlayarak açıklamak.

Bu kesin ifadeyi anlatmak emule'ün çalışma şekliyle başlayayım;
Clients.met sizde kredisi olan başka kullanıcıların saklandığı dosyadır.
Bu dosyada başka kullanıcıların tanımlayıcı hash'leri ve sizin onlara verdiğiniz kredileri hesaplamaya yarayan bilgiler saklanır.
Bir emule client'ı başka bir emule clientına bağlandığında Preferences.dat'daki bilgilerden ve Cryptkey.dat'dan secret key oluşturulur ve bununla handshake (el sıkışma) yapılır.
Bu handshake sırasında her iki client elindeki clients.met dosyasından karşı tarafın hash'ini okuyarak o olduğunu iddia eden clientin kimliğini doğrular. Tabi bukardar basit değil ama asimetrik şifreleme (RSA public-private key) kullanılarak yapılır. Yani şifreleyen ve çözen anahtar farklı olduğundan taşınan veri güvendedir.

Clients.met Sizin kredilerinizi saklamaz, sahip olduğunuz krediler başkalarında saklıdır. Bu dosya üzerinde tahribat yapmakla kredi elde edemezsiniz. Kimlerde krediniz varsa onların Clients.met dosyasinda sizinle ilgili bilgiler saklanır ve onlar esas alınır.

Bu hangi emule modunu kullandığınıza bağlı değildir. İstediğiniz emule modunu kullanın bir Clients.met dosyası ele geçirmekle kredi elde etmiş olmazsınız.

Hemen çalıntı bir Clients.met dosyası için yanıltıcı bilgi veren "Reverse Score" nedir onu açıklayayım.
Her UL/DL iki tarafın da Clients.met dosyasında saklanır; Metmedic programı Clients.met dosyasındaki UL-DL verisinden faydalanarak sizin "Reverse Score"'unuzu hesaplar, doğrudur; fakat bu çalıntı bir Clients.met dosyası için hesaplandığında onu kullanabileceğiniz anlamına gelmez.
Çünkü bağlandığınız emule client'i yukarıda anlattığım el-sıkışma esnasında kendi elindeki Clients.met dosyasını esas alır, oradan hash değerinize bakıp sizi tanır ve notunuzu verir...

Başkasının Clients.met dosyası kullandığınız emule modu tarafından kabul görse bile (hatalı kredi dosyası denilip sıfırlanmasa bile) kesinlikle en ufak bir faydasını görmezsiniz. Çünkü karşı taraf sizi, sizdeki Clients.met dosyasından değil kendi elindeki Clients.met dosyasından ve az önce anlattığım el-sıkışma prosedürü ile tanır.

Kısacası başkasının Clients.met dosyasını emule üzerine yüklemekle, hatta bu dosya üzerinde tahribat yapmakla elinize zerre kadar kredi geçmez.

Losing this file doesn't mean that your credits are gone but all credits other people have on your client. eMule creates a backup of the clients.met file (clients.met.BAK) so you can restore the file by renaming the backup to clients.met.

Are credits secure?
eMule uses a key handshake method to make sure the credits belong to this special client. Credits stored for a user are only granted if this authentication has been successful.

How to lose the credits anyway.
As described above the credits are coupled with the secure user authentication. The secret key for this authentication is calculated from information which is stored in preferences.dat and cryptkey.dat. Should one of this files be lost you will no longer be able to prove that you are the rightful owner of the credits.

Since there was no real way set out to interprit your score, in a good way i

The score formula is worked on a clients uploaded and downloaded amounts to get

mins to those who have been using for 5 months.
