net framework hatası nasıl çözülür?

Question

Framework gerekli programlarda hep bu hatayı alıyorum. Format atmadan önce de böyleydi. Windows 7 64 bit Pro kullanıyorum. 3.5 yüklemeye çalıştığımda kendinden var denetim masasına gidin diyor. Onu açıyorum gene aynı. 4 yükledim değişen birşey yok. Şimdi uninstallerla kaldırdım yeniden yüklüyorum gene aynı. Ne yapmalıyım bu hatayı alıyorum.
