Thank you for your recent inquiry about your Harmony Remote
We are sorry to hear of the difficulties you have been experiencing with your Harmony remote and appreciate you taking the time to email us with your concerns. Is there another language other than English that you are more familiar with? We support the following languages:

In order to determine what commands are sent from the original remote for your device we will need to confirm the set of commands being sent.
To confirm the language for your device please see below. 1. click 'Settings' from the Device tab for the Device in question. 2. Select "Confirm infrared commands", Click 'Next' 3. Select 'Yes - I have a remote for this device', click 'Next' 4. Follow the wizard to send a few infrared commands to the Harmony.
After confirming the commands please update the remote and test the set of commands in device mode. If the Harmony is still not controlling the device we can try teaching each command to the Harmony that is not working.
To teach commands to the Harmony Remote:
1. click 'Learn IR' from the Device tab for the Device in question. 2. Select the commands you want to teach. 3. Click 'Learn Selected Commands' 4. Follow the wizard to teach the commands to the Harmony. 5. When you have finished teaching the commands, click “done” to return to your Devices tab. 6. Update your remote and test.
NOTE: To teach a command that is not listed, enter the name of the command in the Learn a New Command box and click 'Learn a New Command'.
In the Origin column "Your original remote" will appear beside the commands learned on the infrared language page, indicating the command has been learned correctly.

diğer (4 kumandayı teke indirdim) topic'te de yazdığım gibi, bu cihazla philips sru9600 arasında kaldım ama bu alet biraz daha ufak ve daha çok cihaz öğrenme kapasitesine sahip olmasıyla öne çıkar gibi oldu... otomatik güncelleme, internete bağlanabilirlik gibi özellikler de philips'e göre üstünlük olarak gözüküyor. gerçi philips'in de öğrenme özelliği var tabi ki... yine de son kararımı veremiyorum... :(
